IFBB PROS™
Your Prejudging Occurs Day One, Friday May 12, beginning at 3pm. Base color tanning appointments will occur Friday between 7am-11am, and then you will return for bronzer after 11am.
You need just ONE appointment for the base color tan. Choose appointment button below then choose your time.
IMPORTANT bronzer info for IFBB PRO™ ATHLETES:
ALL IFBB Pro@ athletes will return for bronzer Friday after 11am, and we will give you a specific time for bronzer when we see you at the INITIAL appointment time you choose below. If you compete in FINALS ON SATURDAY (Men Phys and Bikini) you will return for bronzer after 11am Friday, and AGAIN on Saturday before your Finals (we will also give you this time when we see you Friday).
YOU DO NOT NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR the BRONZER. Just make one appointment below for FRIDAY MORNING.
NPC ATHLETES
NPC Prejudging Occurs May 13 morning starting at 9am.
Base color tanning appointments for NPC athletes will occur Friday May 12 between 5pm and 10pm. Choose that time below.
You will return for bronzer Saturday May 13 beginning at 5am. You do NOT need a separate appointment for bronzer! We will give you the time for bronzer when we see you at the first appointment Friday.
You need just ONE appointment for the base color tan Friday. Choose appointment button below then choose your time.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS
You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment and a reminder in advance of your appointment. Please list appointments@olympiatan.com in your email contacts to be sure these reminders get to you, and please check spam box of your email if you do not receive them.
TOUCHUPS AND BIKINI BITE AND SHINE
Touchups will be done during the morning of the show prior to your meeting and pre-judging on a first come, first served basis. Bikini Bite and Shine are available at no additional cost and will be applied prior to you stepping on stage. Inquire about this during your tanning appointment with us. Spray tanning is done by professional tanners, in private, at the tanning venue indicated above.
WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS
We can often accommodate walk-in appointments on the tanning day (the day before the event) but it is best to make your appointment above to have a guaranteed time. We cannot guarantee a tanning slot if you arrive as a walk-in, but we will do our best to fit you in if possible.
HOW MUCH TIME
Tanning sessions are approximately 30 minutes, but allot a little more time, if possible, as there are variances in drying times and other factors.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is very important to us. Our team of spray tanning professionals will tan you in a discrete and private environment, with the utmost professionalism.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
You may cancel or change your appointment time 24 hours or MORE in advance. To cancel or change the time, please use the link you receive in your confirmation email. PLEASE NOTE: If you CANCEL this appointment or transaction AND HAVE ALREADY PRE-PAID FOR IT BY CREDIT CARD, you must contact us by phone regarding a refund. Refunds are issued only if cancellations occur 48 hours or more before your appointment time, and a 5% processing charge will deduct from any refund.
