NOTE: MULTIPLE coats are INCLUDED the day before the event, and Bronzer, Touchups and Bikini Bite are Provided the Morning of the event. You DO NOT NEED TO SCHEDULE MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS FOR MULTIPLE TANNING COATS!
Also, if you are crossing over to multiple days, you only need to make an appointment for the FIRST DAY you are competing, NOT FOR EACH DAY! Additional days will be an extra charge of $80 cash ON SITE and YOUR TANNING TIME FOR ADDITIONAL DAYS will be given to you at your FIRST APPOINTMENT.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS
You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment and a reminder in advance of your appointment. Please list appointments@olympiatan.com in your email contacts to be sure these reminders get to you, and please check spambox of your email if you do not receive them.
TOUCHUPS AND BIKINI BITE AND SHINE
Touchups will be done during the morning of the show prior to pre-judging, as needed. Bikini Bite and Shine are available at no additional cost and will be applied prior to you stepping on stage. Inquire about this during your tanning appointment with us. Spray tanning is done by professional tanners, in private, at the tanning venue indicated above. Bronzer is applied in the morning of your event and you will be notified when to return for bronzer during your initial appointment.
WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS
We can often accomodate walk-in appointments on the tanning day (the day before the event) but it is best to make your appointment above to have a guaranteed time. We cannot guarantee a tanning slot if you arrive as a walk-in, but we will do our best to fit you in if possible.
HOW MUCH TIME
Tanning sessions are approximately 30 minutes, but allot a little more time, if possible, as there are variances in drying times and other factors.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is very important to us. Our team of spray tanning professionals will tan you in a discrete and private environment, with the utmost professionalism.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
You may cancel or change your appointment time 24 hours or MORE in advance. To cancel or change the time, please use the link you receive in your confirmation email. PLEASE NOTE: If you CANCEL this appointment or transaction AND HAVE ALREADY PRE-PAID FOR IT BY CREDIT CARD, you must contact us by phone regarding a refund. Refunds are issued only if cancellations occur 48 hours or more before your appointment time, and a 5% processing charge will deduct from any refund.
