You Only Need One Appointment!
YOU ONLY NEED ONE APPOINTMENT! MULTIPLE coats are INCLUDED at your appointment on the day before the event. At the appointment, we will tell you when to return on CONTEST DAY for bronzer, touchups or bikini bite (you do NOT need a 2nd appointment for that). If you are crossing over and competing on MULTIPLE DAYS, schedule JUST ONE APPOINTMENT; we will discuss extra days at your 1st appointment and they will be $80 cash.

Tanning Hours are shown on appointment pages (links above), approximately 30 mins per session. Tanning occurs the day before your event and touchups the morning OF your event.
Cost $160 CASH at appointment, or $165 credit / debit card now or at appointment. If competing on MORE THAN ONE DAY, MAKE ONLY ONE APPOINTMENT for your FIRST DAY. Additional days will be $80 CASH and you be given an appointment time for those at your FIRST appointment.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS
You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment and a reminder in advance of your appointment. Please list appointments@olympiatan.com in your email contacts to be sure these reminders get to you, and please check spam box of your email if you do not receive them.
TOUCHUPS AND BIKINI BITE AND SHINE
Touchups will be done during the morning of the show prior to your meeting and pre-judging on a first come, first served basis . Bikini Bite and Shine are available at no additional cost and will be applied prior to you stepping on stage. Inquire about this during your tanning appointment with us. Spray tanning is done by professional tanners, in private, at the tanning venue indicated above.
WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS
We can often accommodate walk-in appointments on the tanning day (the day before the event) but it is best to make your appointment above to have a guaranteed time. We cannot guarantee a tanning slot if you arrive as a walk-in, but we will do our best to fit you in if possible.
HOW MUCH TIME
Tanning sessions are approximately 30 minutes, but allot a little more time, if possible, as there are variances in drying times and other factors.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is very important to us. Our team of spray tanning professionals will tan you in a discrete and private environment, with the utmost professionalism.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
You may cancel or change your appointment time 24 hours or MORE in advance. To cancel or change the time, please use the link you receive in your confirmation email. PLEASE NOTE: If you CANCEL this appointment or transaction AND HAVE ALREADY PRE-PAID FOR IT BY CREDIT CARD, you must contact us by phone regarding a refund. Refunds are issued only if cancellations occur 48 hours or more before your appointment time, and a 5% processing charge will deduct from any refund.
